From a two bay unit to a four storey office complex, built new or refurbished to your specification, Philspace modular buildings offer the latest fire and safety regulations, with an abundance of optional extras to choose from and finished in texture, plastisol or anti vandal with your choice of colour.
Our service comprises a no obligation quotation complete with layout drawings to scale of the buildings layout and specification, site visit, foundation works, delivery and erection. We can also install interior and exterior staircases, concrete steps and handrails to comply with disabled personnel regulations to offer you the full turn key package. All on site works are carried out to the current Health and Safety regulations for which we can supply method statements and risk assessments. All Philspace modular buildings are Building Regulation compliant.
2 Bay Modular Building
Open plan interior for use as a lecture theatre and built to comply with current building regulations. Plastisol steel finish exterior offering 20 years life expectancy, UPVC double glazed windows, the walls in this unit are 120 mm thick.
For additional security an atheistically pleasing high security steel door with multi point locking facility was added. The foundations were encased using a painted ply board for fire protection and to assist rodent control. A set of steps and disabled ramp were installed to comply with current disability regulations to complete the project.
2 Bay Anti Vandal Modular Building
Slightly lower security but aesthetically pleasing example, steel folding shutters and full steel door can be added for high security. Side walls can be profiled or flat sided
2 on 2 Modular Building
2 no. 40’ x 12’ gable end bays stacked on top of each other. Offices upstairs, mess room and toilets downstairs. Units specification includes Plastisol steel exterior, steel 1m wide doors with vision panels, UPVC double glazed windows and ambulant access steel staircase. Due to a lack of mains drainage, a Waste Treatment Tank was installed which then allows the bi product to be fed into the existing storm water drain. The tank then only requires emptying once every 18 months depending on usage.
20 Bay Pitched Roof Modular Building
This building was fabricated using our steel space frame construction for additional support as most of the unit was open plan and had a pitched roof. Another advantage is that in years to come the unit can be easily refurbished as the steel frame will always remain but with a Plastisol exterior the building should last at least 20 years.
