Once an order has been placed, you will be assigned a dedicated account manager, who will contact you to confirm the order and arrange delivery.
Before delivery of your order, we will need a full delivery address including a Post Code, contact number and designated person on site who will oversee the delivery. We will also ask you to complete a site assessment form to assist with the delivery, which will detail any site issues including information on any obstacles at your site (i.e. overhead cables).
Your order will be delivered using our own fleet of rigid flat-bed vehicles fitted with lorry loaders, ranging from 19 to 45 tonne capacity. Containers are usually offloaded from the side of the vehicle, and therefore we ask you ensure that your site is fully prepared for delivery.
If you have any concerns regarding site access or whether the ground is suited for one of our vehicles, please contact Philspace well in advance of delivery.
To ensure your site can accommodate our vehicles and help alleviate any concerns, we are happy to review photographs and site plans via e-mail or in certain situations undertake a site visit.
