Due to increased vandalism and a lack of mains facilities on building sites in their early stages, Philspace has developed its own budget welfare unit. The unit consists of a segregated chemical toilet (the hire rate includes a weekly service within our area) and an open plan office or canteen area with base unit, sink and water heater. Services can be supplied from either mains water and electrics or a separate water tank and generator.
