Philspace can offer new units built bespoke to your required specification for hire or sale, we also keep a selection of used units in stock that are available for sale (Please see the stock list below). The stock list is updated as often as possible, however as we have a fleet of nearly 1,300 units it is impossible for us to update this page on a daily basis. All fleet units on and off hire are available to purchase. We recommend visiting our storage yard to view the available fleet units although a phone call to our office before hand is requested to inform us of your visit and for us to offer up to date availability. New Units

Philspace are able to offer you Jackleg units with a variety of external finishes including timber textured and Plastisol. We also provide an anti-vandal range of units offering profiled or flat sided finishes.

Our range of units include offices, toilets, canteens and secure storage etc, all of which can be designed to suit each individuals requirements. All units can be upgraded to comply with the latest Building and Fire Regulations.

Jackleg and Anti-Vandal Units

We can also supply modular buildings in a single or up to 4 storey options with a variety of external finishes. All Philspace modular buildings are Building Regulation compliant.

Modular Buildings

Standard New Build One Way Shipping containers are available from 7ft up to 40ft in length. The One Way Shippers come with a factory fitted Lockbox. Philspace can offer you as extra, insulation and electrical installations as well as partitions, single personnel doors and shelving.
