Designed for use in a variety of applications such as offices, canteens, drying rooms, toilets and shower blocks in almost any location, offering optimum security when left unattended. Includes a high security personnel door and sliding windows with hinged steel, lockable shutters, which can be easily operated when in a stacked position.

Units are available in a variety of colours and sizes, are fully insulated and include electrical installations and heating.

50/50 Office/Store

A handy unit if space is tight or there is a requirement for minimum office & storage space in an anti vandal format.

Half of the unit is a fully lined and insulated office with heating lighting and electrics, also available as half canteen with the addition of a sink and water heater, the other half is an unlined store with double door access.

Jackleg Cabins

Available in a wide range of sizes and styles, which include mess huts, drying rooms, sleeper units, archive stores, showroom receptions and office complexes with toilets and kitchen facilities. If we do not have a suitable unit on the hire fleet we can design a bespoke cabin to your exact requirements either to rent, or buy, even at a later date.

Units are available in a choice of either texture or plastisol steel exteriors in a variety of colours and include all the latest fire and health and safety regulations.

Due to increased vandalism and a lack of mains facilities on building sites in their early stages, Philspace has developed its own budget welfare unit. The unit consists of a segregated chemical toilet (which the hire rate includes a weekly service within our area) and an open plan office or canteen area with base unit, sink and water heater.  Services can be supplied from either mains water and electrics or a separate water tank and generator.

Wheeled Units

Where access is a problem, or there is a requirement for mobility, wheeled units are ideal. With sizes from 12’ to 22’ in length, units are available as offices, mess huts, some with partitions, sinks and water heaters.
