FAQ's - Hire

Philspace carries approximately a thousand units in its hire fleet which are made up of all different sized offices, toilets and containers. Prices are quoted on an individual basis depending mainly on the length of hire and there is a minimum hire period of four weeks and we require three working days notice prior to termination of hire.

All new customers are required to complete and return a new account application form and we do carry out a credit check prior to acceptance of your order.

When placing an order could you please supply the following details:

1.           The full delivery address including post code (as we use Mulitmap.com)
2.           A site contact and mobile phone number,
3.           Access into, on site and offloading position (we can only offload to the side)
4.           Good hard standing for the trucks to offload from (we can supply matting if we           are required to drive over soft ground, at and additional charge)
5.           Information of any overhead cables or restrictions

We are prepared to undertake any site visits if required or we are able to receive digital photographs or plans via e mail which may result in a quicker decision

All new customers are required to pay the first four weeks hire and transport to and from site on their initial order. We offer very good hire rates but to enable this we do require payment within the specified period of 30 days. Philspace does enforce its payment terms by employing a credit control officer and late payments are guaranteed a phone call and subsequent further action if required.

All our prices quoted are subject to Vat and our standard terms and conditions available on request.
