Due to increased vandalism and the demand for static, independent chemical toilet and mess facilities, Philspace Ltd has evolved its own

21’ x 8’ Anti Vandal ‘Combi site start-up unit‘ incorporating the basic but essential fundamentals for early site development.

The unit consists of a segregated chemical toilet, which would be emptied by us on a weekly basis (for local hires), included within the hire rate, an internal base unit with sink and water heater and the option of a lockable 200 ltr water storage tank if a mains water supply is not available. The unit can also be run from a minimum 4Kva generator and has an external connection and locking point. If required an internal partition and door can be installed to create a separate office or drying room.
