21' x 8' OFFICE / CANTEEN UNIT WITH CHEMICAL WC & HOT WATER
The increasingly popular Philspace 'Combi Site Start Up' Unit has evolved from the requirement for static, independent chemical toilet and mess facilities, and was designed fundamentally for early site development work where there may not be mains water or electricity available. The unit consists of a segregated chemical toilet, which would be emptied by us on a weekly basis (for local hires), included within the hire rate, an internal base unit with sink and water heater and the option of a lockable 500 ltr water storage tank if a mains water supply is not available. There is a boiler installed under the sink which supplies hot water to both hand basins to comply with H&SE rules. The unit can also be run from a minimum 4 Kva generator (not supplied) and has an external connection and locking point. If required an internal partition and door can be installed to create a separate office or drying room. Hire rates start from £49.00 per week including a weekly toilet service with the option of the 500 Ltr water tank at £25.20 a week and an additional £25.00 for the tank to be re filled with water on site.
