Open plan interior for use as a lecture theater and built to comply with current building regulations. Plastisol steel finish exterior offering 20 years life expectancy, UPVC double glazed windows, the walls in this unit are 120 mm thick. For additional security an atheistically pleasing high security steel door with multi point locking facility was added. The foundations were encased using a painted ply board for fire protection and to assist rodent control. A set of steps and disabled ramp to were installed to comply with current disability regulations to complete the project.
