Philspace was asked to develop a replacement ticket office for Gosport Ferries in Portsmouth which needed to take into account the historic surroundings of a Victorian period. After several attempts to pass the building the outcome was the unit you can see here which incorporates classic design styles with modern materials. |

The unit consisted of UPVC vertical cladding, UPVC Sash windows with vertical astragals to compliment the adjacent building and a Plastisol dual pitched roof. |

Later a ply plinth was added around the base to finish the unit off. |

The interior was made up of vinyl faced plasterboard to the walls and ceiling, Marley vinyl to the floor and heating, lighting and electrics. |
